Thank you for choosing Little Plover products for your shop! We would like to help all we can so please see below for some of our most frequently asked questions:
Can my company order with 30 day payment terms?
We usually send a pro forma invoice for the first order, but after that we are happy to send out orders with a 30 day payment term agreement.
If you are ordering for the first time and would like to discuss payment, please feel free to email us.
How do we pay?
If you are ordering on a pro forma invoice basis then you can pay using Paypal or card through the website, which is done through the checkout as normal. Your order will be dispatched once payment has been confirmed.
If you are ordering on a 30 day payment agreement then please select 'Bank Deposit' on the payment screen. You will then be sent an invoice with your order which will be payable within thirty days of the date of the order.
How long will it take our order to arrive?
We will send your order out within 48 hours of your order being confirmed. Please note that during peak times, such as Christmas or trade show season, your order may take a little longer. We're excellent communicators though, so if you need your order by a certain date then just let us know!
Is there a minimum order for wholesale?
There is a minimum order of £35 for wholesale customers. Some products have a minimum order quantity, such as greetings cards that must be ordered in quantities of six.
Is postage free for my wholesale order?
Little Plover can offer free postage on orders over £120, otherwise there is a carriage charge of £12.
Can you send us samples of your cards before we order?
Yes, we can send you samples of our cards, please email us directly if you would like some. We do not send out samples of our notebooks or prints at the moment, sorry!
